Description
Takes food orders from residents and visitors.
Serves food orders in a prompt and courteous manner.
Performs dishwashing and other cleaning tasks as assigned.
Prepares dining room for meals, including cleaning tables, counter and floors.
Knows and calls each resident by name and maintains familiarity with diet concerns of each resident.
Recognizes Department needs and reports concerns to Food Service Director/Designee.
Demonstrates knowledge of licensing regulations relating food preparation and handling.
Other duties as assigned.
