First of all, do the words, button and cymbals mean anything to you? You may not remember, but I met you when you were working the door of a bar on 14th and Santa Monica (14 Below? Can't remember what the name was at the time). I was there to drop off some cymbals for a friend of mine who was playing that night and had forgot his i think. We had a funny/cute conversation. I was wearing pants that didn't have a button at the waist and we joked about that. It was decided that our nicknames would be Button & Cymbals. Can't remember who was who. But apparently after I left, you had spoken to my friend and tried to get him to pass along your number to me, which he did do. Sadly, I lost my phone very soon after that which contained the text my friend had sent me with your number. I think I may have even visited that bar again hoping to see you, but no luck. Anyways, recently someone was telling me about missed connections on Craigslist, and I figured, if I ever had a missed connection, this was maybe it. So.... worth a shot I guess.
