ProGrass, Inc., a locally owned & operated landscape company in the beautiful Pacific NW, is seeking a detail oriented self-starter, highly motivated individual to be a Landscape Commercial Applicator based out of our Wilsonville, Oregon branch. Job Details: *Perform landscape services, troubleshoot lawn and plant care needs. *Ideal candidate will love working outdoors, and be an independent self-starter *Candidates should have (or be able to promptly obtain within 30 days of hire) their Oregon Pesticide *Applicator/Operator License (minimum license/category needed is Apprentice License "Laws & Safety") *Pay increases may be given when additional categories for Oregon Pesticide Applicator license are obtained. *Oregon Pesticide Applicator categories needed/preferred: Ornamental Herbicide, Ornamental Insecticide/Fungicide, General Pest *Training will be provided for Non-Licensed new hires to acquire licenses as needed *Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required *Ability to work outdoors and under physical conditions is required *Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required (our insurance company requires you to be at least age 21 with 3-years of a clean driving record). This is a Full Time position with benefits, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Holiday Pay & Paid Time Off, company paid Life Insurance, voluntary Short Term Disability, and 401(k) retirement plan. We generally work in a fast paced and fun environment that typically works Monday-Friday, with a 6:30am start time. Competitive starting pay range will be dependent upon on license & experience. Starting rate is $21 per hour if Apprentice License with Laws & Safety is already held or obtained within 30 days of hire.
