Qualifications: Experience and high level of skill with commercial construction framing. This includes experience with steel stud frame work and installing siding, drywall, acoustical ceilings, etc. Frame using wood and or metal studs. install doors, hardware, windows, siding, metal roofing. Accurately measure and perform layout according to plans. Knowledge and experience in Pre-Engineered metal building erection with erect and connecting fabricated iron beams to form the project skeleton. Experience insulating and installing metal sheeting panels. Must have own hand tools and proficient in use of all tools and equipment required for the job Ability to meet all physical demands of job with constant movement and exposure to outdoor elements Ability to work in safe and alert manner at all times; keep work space clean and neat Strong work ethic and ability to work without constant supervision Teamwork oriented, willing to help where needed, beyond the scope of main job duties Must be willing to travel.
