Found small black dog

N Marine Drive near N Portland Way, Portland OR

Found on Wednesday, June 8th. No chip, phone number on tag has been disconnected. Spayed female, maybe 7-8 years old and a Papillon mix? No luck finding her owners. Small white patch on chest. She’s very sweet but scared. Identify name on tag to claim. I can’t keep her for much longer.
