Yellowstone Club’s Golf Operations department is currently seeking candidates for Outside Services Attendants. The Golf Operations Attendants are responsible for all aspects of Golf Operations providing members and their guests with the highest level of customer service and aesthetics through organization and tidiness. Responsibilities Include: Assist in the set-up, cleanliness, organization and upkeep of the driving range Assist in the prep and maintenance of the golf cart fleet, on a daily basis Assist in the set-up, maintenance and breakdown of the golf cart staging area Approach all encounters with Club Members, guests, and fellow employees in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner Respect all Members privacy, perspective, priorities, time and resources Position Requirements: High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work One to two years’ experience in customer service Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Capable to manage multiple priorities, work independently and take initiative Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
