If you're interested in applying for the role, you can check it out here: HireArt is helping an innovative cloud storage company hire a Digital Asset Consultant to manage the company's digital assets by developing strategies for managing these assets and ensuring digital files are named and stored appropriately in a digital library. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g. marketing departments, programmers, end users, and other interdepartmental teams. As a Digital Asset Consultant, you will: Design/implement taxonomy and metadata management strategies following industry best practices (e.g. SEO, ADA, automation, global) including creating requirements and taking them to the market.Share the best practices or ways to enhance automation of tagging and asset ingest.Perform ingesting, organizing, general asset maintenance/management, as well as associated issue management, and curating daily in the digital asset management system.Create a process for digital asset lifecycle maintenance activities, such as digital archiving and asset expiration.Serve as an expert for the Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager), and the Digital Asset Management system (DAM).Coach, lead and design the digital content processes for multilingual assets and translation workflows.Maintain and contribute to standards and governance by sharing industry best practices.Create solid candidates for the digital asset management roadmap by requesting suggestion from users of the DAM.Develop additional skills and expertise in digital asset curation and syndication by being current with prevailing technologies in the digital world and the ability to contribute to the evolution of new content formats. If you're interested in applying for the role, you can check it out here: Requirements Bachelor’s degree in related field5+ years of proven leadership experience in digital production/digital asset management in relevant industries5+ years experience with asset curation e.g. DAM administration or in a related fieldStrong knowledge of DAM, ADA, metadata taxonomy, and SEO best practices, strategy principles and concepts for assets and digital contentSolid knowledge of Adobe Remote Digital Asset ManagementSound experience in data governance, standards and process developmentStrong reading and writing communications skillsWell organized and highly structured with a keen attention to detailExperience in web publishing and content management systems e.g. Adobe Experience Manager is a plus Commitment:This is a full-time (40 hours per week), 3-month contract position staffed via HireArt.
