Description

Building maintenance technician / construction / lighting, plumbing, and electrical experience helpful; commercial work in the greater Sacramento valley area; must have at least 2 years work experience in a commercial environment, tools of the trade, and verifiable references. Ideal Candidates will have Excellent customer facing skills; Good people skills; Professional image; be responsible, trustworthy, and a team player; ability to work on your own or with a crew; able to utilize a variety of tools and equipment, power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment; Reliable attendance record. All work is geared around the fast moving and the always changing property maintenance needs of commercial properties. Applicants MUST have a clean driving record.
