Small family owned and operated single family home Property Management Company here in Columbus is looking for an experienced full time Remodel/Maintenance Tech. Duties include fixing maintenance items on tenant occupied homes around Columbus. Being hands on with value add or turn over work (when a tenant moves out and we update the unit) as well as full remodel work on homes we have just purchased. Properties are not section 8 and are generally built after 1992 Technician must have experience in the following: Demo work, drywall finishing, trim work, plumbing, light electrical work. Must be fluent with bathroom and kitchen remodel work. We install a ton of luxury vinyl plank flooring. Technician must be able to work on their own without supervision. We are offering serious compensation from 18-23HR based on experience. Job is Mon-Friday but could be Mon-Thursday with a guaranteed salary.
