I am a handicapped man who will be returning home next week. I need a banister installed on the wall from the first floor to the second floor, which would allow me to climb the stairs. You would need to measure the length of the banister and install. Please let me know what you would charge for such work (of course I would pay for all materials) and when it could be done.
