‼️NEED RESCUE THIS WEEK‼️ I need a rescue for my boxer mix. The shelter I adopted him from didn't tell me he has a rectal polyp, they agreed to help with the cost to remove it but will no longer return any of my calls. Originally they told me he just had an upset stomach from the different dog foods, after looking through his papers they gave me i found out about the polyp. I confronted them and have had multiple conversations with them about getting him fixed but that's obviously no longer happening. Unfortunately, I am not in a situation to get him the help he needs. I really wish that I was because he is a great dog. The whole reason for me going to a shelter was to get a healthy dog, I can get vaccines and basic things but I'm not financially prepared to pay for surgery which js why im trying to find a rescue to take him and get him the help he needs. His name is Bowie, he is great with other dogs, fantastic with kids and does well with cats after he checks them out. He knows basic commands and is house trained. I've contacted multiple rescues and even the shelter I got him from and either nobody replies or they don't have room.
