Seasoned Investor and General Contractor lookin for experienced Carpenter (5 years plus experience) to rehab residential houses. Need to install doors, trim packages, windows, kitchen cabinets, flooring, tile work and drywall (mud and tape). Plumbing and Electric a major plus and more money. Day pay or contract.
