Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
Temporary full-time position to help and assist with unloading and unpacking tooling, fixtures, equipment, etc., moving and setting up shelving and tables to appropriate locations, cleaning facilities areas and/or furniture and various other tasks that may be required for the facility from time to time as a new shop is set-up.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Perform moving of skids and/or furniture with pallet jack
· Ability to unload skids from trucks with forklift preferred and must pass forklift training certification.
· Helps organize and move skids, furniture, etc. per Facilities Manager direction.
· General housekeeping duties such as trash removal, floor sweeping.
· Other general duties that may be assigned by the Facilities Manager.
· Works independently, but as part of a team, with minimal oversight.
· Attends work in person, on time, on a regular and reliable basis.
· Completes all tasks in an accurate, complete and timely manner. Is detail oriented.
· Follows directions. Asks questions to clarify if needs more information.
