Expanding my contractor call list. Looking for contractors who deal direct with the customer on projects like cutting down walls, drywall repairs, soffit removal, paint - plus whatever else doesn't fit my scope. Many want floors, showers, etc. I build and design kitchens & baths for a range of budgets, including architects and commercial spaces. I handle a limed scope, allowing me to focus of finer details and quality of install. I'll give advice and you set your price. Example - Today I have a customer who wants an interior wall removed, soffit removed / ceiling raised in the kitchen area, popcorn removal in one room with a 47x47 window blocked-up, stucco and paint. Let's talk price, contingencies, time-frames and your crew's honest level of competence. I call down the shortlist to see who isn't backed up for months and give project details, you call them to make arrangement for your quote. Must be insured and licensed in the State of Florida, must pull permits when required, must have current credentials. These are sent over with my name, sloppy work won't cut it.
