Sweet Dog Needs Home

We have a sweet dog who has a condition known as mega-esophagus. Basically, he's a happy and sweet little guy but he struggles to hold food down unless fed small portions (and, ideally, in an upright position). He will eventually die from this. He's only 10 months old currently so he has some years left if properly cared for. Unfortunately, our yard is too small and we have an infant that makes helping him nearly impossible. If someone would take him and love him I'd pay you to do so. A place he could be outside and run would be ideal. But a loving home would be the greatest option. Please text if interested.
