Quick sprinkler pipe crack fix and recurring handyman tasks

Hello there! I manage a rental in Denver Co and regularly have smaller tasks that need completing at the property. Its intermittent work, usually smaller tasks, occasionally a bigger set of tasks. Presently, there is a crack in a backflow valve going to a sprinkler in the backyard that needs repair. If you happen to have a set of PVC cutters and some glue and have a driver's license and/or transport, I would love to offer you this gig. I pay $25/hr but with the cost of gas and inflation, I can also get you another $25 towards travel costs to come by when the gigs are smaller like this. I'm not picky about workers, and I'm not a client who will ride you about timing, or give you a hard time if another client calls you when you are coming my way with a job that pays 10% higher and you make a u turn and do that one first.
