WHO ARE WE: Licensed cultivation facility seeking 5 seasonal trimmers to join our awesome 3 man crew. DETAILS: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED $15 / Hour (more based on experience). M-F (8a - 3p) Saturday & Sunday OFF 15 minute paid break 45 minute unpaid lunch Seasonal work (1-3 months) Paid weekly [1099] <<< we do not take out taxes Must have MED badge ROLE & DUTIES: TRIMMER ⦁ Trim cannabis plants into sellable product, minimizing waste while also meeting production/quality goals. ⦁ Learn and apply different trimming techniques based upon the unique properties of each plant. ⦁ Work both independently and as a part of a team ⦁ Effectively manage personal time to ensure optimal productivity. ⦁ Accept regular feedback and quickly implement new strategies and processes as directed. ⦁ Maintain a clean workspace. ⦁ Fulfill other duties as assigned, according to the needs of the business. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: ⦁ Hard worker, show up ready to get the job done ⦁ Willingness to learn a new skill. ⦁ Punctuality, time management and commitment to adhering to schedules and goals ⦁ Detail orientation ⦁ Ability to listen actively, and properly communicate with others. ⦁ Self-motivation while doing repetitive tasks REQUIREMENTS: ⦁ Positive Attitude. ⦁ Must have a Marijuana Enforcement Division Badge (MED Badge) *Role may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing or walking around for up 7 hours per day. Role may also require lifting, pushing, pulling or carrying up to 50lbs.
