Van Rust Removal, cut and weld, bondo repair

I have a 2006 Econoline that needs rust removed and repaired in 3 places. (Please see the attached photos) I would do it myself but I do not have anywhere to do it. For the spots behind the tires I would cut it out and weld in new metal. The 3rd spot can probably be done with a bunch of bondo. I will pay you $500, plus $75 for materials. Must have experience and able to explain to me what your plan will be on how to make the repairs. Sorry, no 1st timers. Please send me a text, no calls.
