All Star Labor & Staffing is currently hiring for a production worker for a family owned company in Bend. Payrate is $20/hr Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm This is a temp 2 hire position. Pay increase and full benefits offered once hired on. The employee would be heating, weighing and adding pigment or various chemicals into polyurethane into open cast molds. Molds are then staged into a urethane oven for curing then demolded. Demolded products are then staged into a post curing oven and the open cast molds cleaned and prepped for another round of pours. They will also be cutting the parts, sandblasting metal rods, cleaning with solvents, or spray parts with bonding agents so the urethane adheres to steel. The primary products are urethane tires. Ideal candidate would have solid math skills, excellent verbal and written communication be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
