need to surrender 1 cat

Hello I have a cat that need to be surrendered, she has very bad neck soars from scratching. I need help to surrender or if someone want to take her in. She is Siamese looking. 1 girl fixed 5 yrs. I check daily for fleas and dont see any, I cut her nails and put a bandage on the girls neck but I just can not deal with it anymore. any help or ideas would be great. I have called several shelters and no one can help. thanks
