I’m renting a horse facility that needs TLC, don’t have a client base and too many stalls to rent but don’t have the time to get started (I work full time) and have another property. Seeking adult horse trainer with established reputation or client base to come up with proposal of sharing overhead and you work your own horses/clients/boarded horses. Open to ideas. I have personal horses that makes me involved in feedings so we can discuss “chore days”, if agreeable/wanted. Property is on private drive. 12 stall potential. Shavings regularly delivered and there’s covered parking for a horse trailer. Lighting and footing need improvement. Stalls, doors, and mats are in good shape. Please email a bit about yourself.
