Need 1-2 guys for basic labor / moving

I'm moving soon and need to get the house ready to be put on the market. I need to do some minor work around the house and load up a dumpster with debris and old furniture to be thrown away. You may not have to do the following but do need to know how to do the following to get the job. -use finishing nails -put up curtains / curtain hangars -touch up some paint -touch up some caulking -willing and able to clean up baseboard with a magic eraser -willing able to carry trash/debris/furniture/boxes from back yard to dumpster in front yard -Knowledge of basic plumbing like p trap and the toilet stopper thing in the reservoir is a plus -Knowledge of basic electrical like how to put up a light fixture or change a switch is a plus I don't think anything will need to be hauled, and I have tools; BUT having a truck and tools of your own is always a plus! I have between 20 and 40 hours of work to be done.
