We are looking for a building maintenance worker to join our growing team which manages a portfolio of apartment buildings concentrated in the same area near Marquette University on Milwaukee's West Side. Candidates must have general knowledge of fixing minor plumbing and electrical issues that can arise, as well as be able to paint and turn apartments as they become vacant and make them rent-ready Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
