Handyman or contractor is needed to write an itemized repair bid. The bid is for the purpose of submitting an offer on a home to a bank. You do not have to go to the property that needs work done to it. We will email you pictures and the square footage of the property and you'll provide the bid based off of that. Must have working email and ability to accept payments electronically (Venmo, Paypal, etc).
