Immediate opening for Maintenance/Day Porter to join the team at an outdoor retail shopping center and office building in Central Phoenix. Position is full-time, Wednesday through Sunday. The day to day tasks of this position will include but not be limited to: *Perform custodial and maintenance services to ensure the cleanliness and proper operations of the center. *Perform minor electrical, carpentry, painting, masonry, paver replacement and plumbing works *Perform general janitorial duties (empty and clean trash cans, ashtrays and sand urns; clean exterior tables, chairs and benches) *Maintain lighting systems throughout the center, cleaning fixtures, replacing bulbs and lamps *Keep a well-maintained appearance and safe atmosphere of the development *Respond quickly to emergency situations *Maintain vacant units *Some heavy lifting *Perform other duties as requested Requirements include: *Must be able to pass a criminal background check *Must be legally permitted to work in US *Must be dependable, trustworthy, punctual with great attendance *Must have positive attitude *Must have reliable transportation Please submit resume to listed email or fax to 602.710.2992
