Pay rate: $16-$17/hour DOE plus $0.50/hour end-ofÂ-season bonus upon completion of the season for every hour you worked during the season. Also weekly vegetables from the farm.
Come work at one of the best farms in Boulder County! We are a diversified vegetable farm growing over 100 different crops on 35 acres. We grow vegetables for our CSA members as well as local restaurants and our Lafayette farm store. Our farm crew is usually about 15 people each year. We are looking for someone to work in our wash/pack area at our Lafayette location.
This is a fast-paced job with a fun team! The position involves washing/processing/packing vegetables for distribution to our CSA, farm stand, and local restaurants. You will also clean equipment and help with inventory.
Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to approximately 4 pm. You may be required to work as late as 5 pm some days to complete the work for the day. Full-time and part-time positions are available.
You must be responsible, detail oriented, hard-working, and punctual. You must also be able to lift at least 50 lbs. multiple times every day. Knowledge of produce is helpful.
