Job Description: A West Chester, PA based HVAC Firm is looking for HVAC Installer Helpers to join our ranks. Position Summary: You will help with the completion of all HVAC System Installations efficiently and accurately and assemble and position HVAC units in accordance with the Manufacturer Guide and ACCA Specifications. NATE Certification or willingness to acquire NATE Certification within one (1) year of employment. Strong attention to quality and safety at all times while performing job duties. Willingness to learn the use of a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques. Willingness to learn to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints. Willingness to learn the types of all HVAC Equipment. Advanced Customer Service Skills and a POSITIVE “Can Do” Attitude are a plus! Job Type: Full Time. Pay Scale: $15.00 to $18.00 or negotiable dependent upon experience.
