General maintenance person needed on a contract or employee basis. Work includes regular lawn, tree and shrub maintenance of apartments, storage facilities, and commercial properties. Power washing, painting, trash hauling, changing A/C filters, cleaning roof gutters, glass cleaning and other general maintenance and preventative functions as needed to any of owned or managed. Excellent hourly pay based on experience and references. This is a working position not a supervisory position. References and background follow-up will be done. Stable work history and a willingness to work some weekends are a plus. The position is in the Spring/Tomball area. For consideration, please send resume along w/ references.
