Need help rehoming strays. Animal Rescue/ Shelter

Description

A stray female cat that I am sure someone dropped of in the middle of the night. We can’t let animals starve. She prefers the outside and occasionally comes to the door for food. Casually leaves when she is done. She has 3 kittens that need homes. I also need info on low cost spaying so I can have her fixed and find a good home. I appreciate any info or advice.
