Monona Catering is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Receive all incoming goods for Catering and General Purpose needs of Monona Catering which will include food, paper goods, chemicals, beverage, linens, laundry and equipment/supplies. Assist as needed in receiving concession orders. 2. Store all above-mentioned incoming goods in an orderly manner; rotating stock on a daily receive basis. Keep linen storage area neat and orderly. 3. Have the physical ability to lift 75 lbs. from floor to approximately four feet, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. above shoulders. 4. Keep all storage rooms, coolers, and freezers clean by maintaining a daily to weekly cleaning schedule. Assist in dock area clean-up when needed, and assist in box compacting when needed. 5. Assist in taking physical inventories and actual inventories. 6. Update inventory pricing- daily when possible, but always current. 7. Create and extend quarterly inventory reports. 8. Assist all kitchen associates in locating goods, categorizing stock, and acquiring products. Assist in re-storage of unused and leftover products. 9. Assist chefs or pantry associates in any food prep or dishing situation on a priority or as need basis. 10. Valid Driver’s license. 11. Vending machine ordering, stocking, maintaining. 12. Responsible for shipping all outgoing goods. 13. Fill department requisition forms, i.e. bakery, kiosk, cash outlets. 14. Review vendor invoices and enter bills in QuickBooks. 15. Assist in ordering products for Monona Catering. 16. Assist with any other task as requested by supervisor. PREREQUISITES: Availability: Fully available to accommodate ongoing business- days, evenings, & weekends. Proof of Covid Vaccination is required by all employees (boosters are not required)
