Handicapped baby parakeet

I have a sweet baby parakeet that was born with splayed legs. It is about a month old and otherwise healthy. It can fly very well but can't perch. Unfortunately I do not have the knowledge or capability to take care of it. It is handled often. I'm asking a $20 rehoming fee to ensure a good home. I hope someone can give this baby a good life.
