Punch Technicians needed

We are currently looking for experienced Punch Techs to turn vacant units for new move ins at various properties in the Clarksville TN and surrounding areas, at communities that we have contracts with. A Punch includes, checking all appliances, replacing any filters to include AC filter, checking smoke alarms, caulking as needed, replacing light bulbs, replacing blinds etc as a few examples. Complete list provided by each community. This position is a 1099 contract employee. Must have previous experience and reliable transportation.
