Conducting an upcoming nationwide research study for consumers with a heart implant device or caregivers for those with a heart implant device! This study will involve completing a 60-minute online interview via Zoom, between June 21st-July 15th. All participants will be paid a gratuity of $150 as a thank you for your time and feedback. If you are interested in participating, please sign up and take the survey to see if you qualify! There are absolutely no sales involved in our research studies and we are only interested in your opinions and feedback.   During this preliminary screening you will be asked a series of questions. Please read the questions carefully and take your time answering the questions. If you meet the preliminary qualifications for this study, one of our recruiters will follow-up to complete the screening via telephone and will further explain the study details and logistics if you qualify.
