Maxus Properties is seeking to hire a full time Groundskeeper for Wild Oak Apartments in North Kansas City, MO. DESCRIPTION: Responsibilities of the Groundskeeper include: Maintain the health and visual appeal of property landscaping with the watering, mowing, pruning, trimming etc of planting trees, plants, flowers and shrubs Safely operate tools and chemicals such as shovel, mower, pruner, pressure washer, insecticide, fertilizer, etc. Assist in preparation for inclement weather depending on climate (snow for winter, hurricanes for summer, etc). Tidy up amenity areas (dog park, gym, pool, etc). Pick up and dispose of refuse/debris to ensure the communities’ attractiveness and safety. Distribute resident notices or community flyers. Report any areas of concern to the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor such as items that need repairing, restocking, or vendor involvement May be required to assist with make ready or maintenance requests, inspections, or inventory QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent is required; 1 year of facility or landscaping experience; familiarity with Fair Housing and commitment to abiding by all Fair Housing regulations is required.
