"TURN" painting definition - Painting vacant apartment units in multi-family apartment communities - When old tenants move out, we paint the unit for the new tenant - Most apartments require a full paint, but the work is not as time consuming as residential type painting. - Full Paint: walls, trims, baseboards, doors, cut corners - 1 BEDROOM AND 1 BATH (UNDER 900 SF) FULL PAINT STARTING CONTRACT PAY $120 - All scheduled work must be completed by the end of business day** - Work must be clean and pass quality inspection. - Depending on the size, each unit can take between 2-5 hours. - Pay for each unit varies by customer, size, and add-on services required in the unit - There are opportunities to make extra money if you have drywall, texture, and other handyman skills. - Painters in this business make between $120 to $500 per day, it all depends on how you manage your time, your skill level, and the volume of units you can handle. - Our current painters are working 30 to 50 hours a week, making $700 to $2500 per week. Our most experienced workers make up to $3000 per week in peak season. - Each unit needs to look good enough for the customer and the new tenant. Sprayers preferred; Rollers are also acceptable.
