Found tall white male terrier mix

Young tall white dog with brown patch behind ears. Intact male. He had longer matted hair when found, but we bathed and cut his hair. He was infested with fleas, ticks and fox tails, that we also treated him for. He has bad ear infection that will require a vet to treat. He's very friendly. He has either been on the streets for awhile or not being cared for. Do you recognize him? Are you interested in caring for him?
