Light blue parakeet looking for new home

We have a 3 year old light blue budgie that we need to rehome since we are moving in a few weeks. We were told it’s a male and he is not aggressive but never really warmed up to us - to be fair, we are also not very experienced bird owners so i think this is more our fault than his. Would come with parrot sized cage and all you would need (millet, food, lots of toys, water bowl). I can send photos if requested.
