We are seeking independent contractors to add to our contact list as primary contractors to fill the spots of contractors who are retiring, becoming too busy due to business growth and/or moving away. -Handyman -Roofer Exterior Repair contractor -Snow Removal -Landscaper -HVAC Technician We seek long-term, solid fixes with attention to detail. Professional courtesy in dealing with our staff and residents and the ability to use the internet (email, smartphone for job photos and work orders). We are not looking for employees,  we are seeking independent contractors to work 2-3 days per week starting. Eventually, 5 days or more if desired. You will need to be able to take timestamped photos and upload them to a cloud-based storage system. We will provide limited training for this. Attention to detail, quality, and durable finish.
