I need Contractor/Inspector preferably someone who is an agent or realtor as well but definitely not a requirement. I need someone who has a really good understanding of investment properties that includes the current value of the property, after repair value, cost of repairs, etc. I am looking to build a team in this area so I will be able to send whomever I choose to a few each month. However, I will need someone tomorrow for a property I have coming up in the Essex County. Send me a text for more details.
