This is a one day adventure into understanding some of the multitude of skills used in interpersonal selling. The course is broken down into 9 skills (or domains) as designed by the course's author Ronald C Hughes. Each domain will be examined and there will be plenty of engagement and opportunity to adapt the material to your particular business area. These 9 skills are steps easily achieved by anyone with practice, once you understand the importance regarded to each skill.
