Positions available- Carpenter Painter/drywall patchwork • Valid drivers license and clean driving record • Must have a positive, professional attitude • Be able to work a flexible schedule, able to be part of an on-call rotation • Must have solid communication skills • Must have hand held tools (we provide power tools) • Carpenters must be experienced with light drywall (patches), interior/exterior trim/paint, framing, roof/siding/soffit repairs. • Ability to manage time efficiently. • Painters must be experienced with drywall patch work/tape joint repairs. Must consider themselves excellent at prep, interior/exterior paint with brush, roller and sprayer. The carpenter position is perfect for the all around "handy man" type.
