Farm Help $20 an hour, no need transportation or english

We are looking for farm work helpers. Pay starts at $20 an hour. We pick up and drop off the crew in Lihue. Work hours will be 6 am to 11 am, pick up and drop off times would vary depending on the location of the farm. Commute time will not count for work hours but is free. Would start with a few days per week with potential to work more. Looking for 4 individuals. No transportation is needed. Do not need to be fluent in English. Must be able to legally work in US. Tasks include but are not limited to weeding, planting, harvesting, etc. Must be willing to work hard and in any weather. Please send resume or explain some of your work experience when you email.
