WHAT: Sports Performance Camp

WHEN: July 18-21, 9:30-12pm
BRING: Water, snacks, where athletic shoes or cleats
PURPOSE: Sports performance camp integrates flexibility; core; balance; plyometrics; speed, agility and quickness; resistance; and sport to improve athletic performance and reduce injury.
Participants are encouraged to register early as space is limited.
