If you’re feeling anything like us after navigating the last 3 years then you’re ready to swap out those masks for some muscles & rainbows. To help you do that Foundation Gym is putting together its first competition since the pandemic. We can’t wait to celebrate Pride with you & embrace all the things you have to be proud of! Team up with your favorite fitness partner and join us in a fun and challenging team competition. All gender team combinations welcome! (Also, come up with a cool team name for registration.) DONATE! Foundation Gym has partnered with Lambert House and Way OUT Seattle, and will be donating event registration proceeds to these LGBTQ+ charities. We're keeping the registration fees low to make sure your fierce jazzercise realness shows up and turns out. These partners rely on donations of all kinds, so we encourage you to donate more to support the community! EVENT DETAILSDate: Sunday 7/10. Feel free to party hard Friday, recover Saturday, & kick butt Sunday! Time: Doors Open: 7aStart time: 8aFinish time: 12pDrink up: noonish - Finish up & head over to Union for libations!We will have TWO DIVISIONS: Rx DIVISION - For those looking for a badass competition, we'll challenge your skills, your strength, and your capacity.SCALED DIVISION - For those looking to have fun challenge amongst friends! All levels invited to join, whether or not you know how to do a thruster, a pullup, or a squat!2-PERSON TEAM EVENTS - (TBA on the blog the day before competition) Event 1: Cardio focused - You know you like to breathe hard while having fun!Event 2: Strength focused - Brawn wins over beauty...sometimes! Event 3: True Metcon focus - The maxi challenge!
