WHAT: Speed, agility and quickness Camp!

BRING: Water, Snack, Where Athletic Shoes
PURPOSE: Speed, agility and quickness are some of the most significant and visible components of athletic success. Athletes will develop body control and awareness, recognition and reaction, starting and first step, acceleration, footwork, change of direction and stopping. All while having fun in a fast paced learning environment!!
Participants are encouraged to register early as space is limited.
