We are so excited to partner up with Chef Andrea Murdoch of Four Directions Cuisine to celebrate PRIDE! Your meal will include three courses, all focused on Indigenous cuisine. Each course will be specially paired alongside a full pour of beer from Goldspot Brewing Company. THE MENU (subject to change) Roasted Ranibow Carrot Sage Soup (chilled)Bison Arepa Burger with avocado spread, greens, and pickled root vegetablesAmaranth Corn Pudding with wojapi sauce and summer fruit*** Weather permitting, this event will take place outside. *** A percentage of sales will go to Two Spirit Society of Denver, a nonprofit organization comprised of LGBT Native Americans and their partners in the Denver area. They strive to restore the traditional role of Two Spirited persons. Chef Andrea is an Andean Native from Venezuela. Her specialty is elevated Indigenous cuisine utilizing her classical training, ancestral knowledge, creativity, and passion.
