I need a carpenter who can install 1" x 12" clear pine plank floor, face nailed, in an upscale shop area. We are going over a concrete slab so we'll have to shoot down pressure treated sleepers first. 800 s.f. -- one open area. Your tools, my material. The room needs to be painted white too if you know someone. Needs to start right away, but nights are okay - not residential.
