Our offices are just north of Boston in Woburn, MA. We seek an energetic person to take responsibility for our shipping and receiving, as well as keeping our warehouse tidy and shelves stocked. Your ability to manage the inflow and outflow of our products will be integral to our continued growth. We’re a small team and we’re growing fast. It will be an exciting ride. Who are you? You are dependable, eager, organized and have an eye for detail. You enjoy taking the time to be accurate while making the process as efficient as possible. You excel at setting goals and then exceeding them. You enjoy taking full responsibility for your part of the business. Tasks and Responsibilities • Direct-to-Consumer Fulfillment – Ship insoles and sandals direct to consumers each day using our automated systems. Maintain shipping accuracy. • Receiving – We work as a team to unload trucks in a timely manner. Having the space prepped and ready to receive is a key task. • Cycle Counts – Perform daily cycle counts of a portion of our inventory so that everything gets counted on a regular basis. Enter cycle counts into our inventory management system. • Warehouse organization – Keep our inventory organized and tidy. Ensure that the warehouse is clean and neat. • Order Shipping Supplies – Keep track of shipping supplies and replenish stock as necessary. • Management of Returned Merchandise- Organize and sort daily returned items. Requirements and Qualifications • Excellent organizational skills and the need to see order not chaos • Impeccable attention to detail and an innate need for accuracy • Ability to lift 40-pound packages on a regular basis • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment • Our facility is two floors. Most of our inventory is stored on the second floor. There is currently no elevator, so mobility up and down stairs is important. We are a small team that works closely towards common goals. Rigid silos are not how we organize ourselves. Everyone must be ready and willing to pitch in when needed. A generous profit-sharing program adds to the visceral rewards of a job well done.
