Description
The ideal candidate for this position has one year of management experience, strong supervisory and management skills with high customer service expectations, outstanding leadership qualities and exceptional interpersonal skills. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reports directly to Director of Operations and General Manager
Responsible for opening and closing the facility
Responsible for hiring, training, and firing front desk personnel
Responsible for over-seeing interactions at the desk and all actions by front desk staff
Responsible for dealing with all billing questions or disputes
Membership and program sales
Strong customer service skills and phone presence
Responsible for speaking to all members who wish to cancel their membership
Over-see cleanliness of main lobby, stair-wells and front desk
Register each member that is checking in for the day
Scheduling
Cash handling
Rotating schedule - mornings/day/nights, weekdays & weekends, holidays.
