We are looking for an experienced & skilled construction worker to: Skilled candidates should have a minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in commercial & residential finish construction. Candidates should have the ability to safely navigate conditions present at a job site, including climbing ladders, cluttered areas. Must know proper use and operation of power tools as well as hand tools. Have a variety of skills including light carpentry, tiling, painting, sheetrock installation, taping, framing, lighting installation, light electrical. Familiar with navigating transportation to job sites in NYC area via car, train or bus. Reliable and punctual is a must. Strong work ethic and pride in your work. We are looking for a team player who has a positive attitude and is available to start immediately.
